Maroon

Maroon Restaurant on 75 Norwood Rd, Herne Hill, London opened on 7 July 2023. Leading up to their opening, the founder called me after they saw my work with Grey Goose and asked me to create a solution for their new cocktail menu. A key point of differentiation was not only my experience with mixology and hospitality but also my commercial acumen. It wasn’t enough to just capture the stills and edit them; there was a story to be told. A story about a couple who put all their life savings into a project that represented who they were, their cultural background, their vision for the ultimate Latino-Caribbean dining experience and most importantly, their legacy. 

 

As someone who has lived in Latin America and travelled through the Caribbean, North, Central and South American states, I can appreciate the efforts that were put into the creation of this dining concept.
